Abstract: By using Bohr’s quantum theory that dealt with the ground states of hydrogen successfully,a semiclassical model of the ground state of hydrogen molecule is presented and its energy and radius are calculated. The results are comparable to the experimental results and the results of quantum variational method, and thus our model should have potential pedagogical value.
